What exactly do I get for the monthly fee?

I am not technical at all. Is that a problem?
No, it is most of our members. That is exactly why there is a person on the other end. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this.
How long until I am live?
Most sites go live within two weeks of your kick-off call, as long as we have your photos and logo. No photos? We will use professional images so you launch on time and swap yours in later.
I already have a website. Is this for me?
Usually yes. We will either rebuild it properly or keep it and put the customer system and follow-up behind it. We will tell you honestly which one you need.
Do I own my website?
Yes. It is yours. If you ever leave, you take your web content, your domain and your customer list with you. This doesn't cover the design or build itself.
What about my web address - do I have to move it?
Your choice. We can take it over and handle the renewals, or leave it where it is and just point it at your new site. If you do not have one, we will get it for you.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Monthly means monthly. Paying yearly saves you two months and locks your price for a year.
